Radoš does not fulfill orders destined for business addresses, P.O. boxes, hotels, or university campuses. Orders directed to these locations will not be processed. The delivery of items will be initiated upon the complete payment for the ordered items. Orders placed through a website from a different country/region than the delivery address will not be processed.

Delivery types and times

Based on product availability and your location, RADOŠ. offers these delivery services:

Normal Delivery:

Delivery from Monday through Friday for any order placed online or by phone.
This service is not available on holidays.
The expected delivery time is 2 - 8 business days after placing the order.

Radoš will inform you by email of the progress of your order. You can also track the progress of your order in the “My Orders” section of your online Customer Account on or by contacting our Customer Service during the opening hours indicated in the Contact section of the Site.

We ensure that all our products are delivered elegantly wrapped in distinctive RADOŠ. packaging. Once your order is confirmed, you'll have the option to request complimentary gift wrapping, adding a special touch to your purchase.

Personalized message

For gift orders, we offer the opportunity to include a personalized message. Please note that RADOŠ. retains the right to decline product orders accompanied by messages containing statements contrary to legal or moral standards.

Receipt and Price:

Your order receipt, provided in PDF format, will be electronically sent to your registered email address upon completion of your purchase at We recommend storing a printed copy and accessing it through your Customer Account. The price tags on your ordered items won't display prices, and the receipt won't be included in your shipment. However, should you prefer a paper receipt, you can request one from Customer Service within 12 months from the receipt's issue date, accompanied by proof of identity.

Returns and Exchange Policy

You have the option to return, free of charge, any product ordered within 14 days of its date of receipt.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.

RADOŠ. does not offer exchanges.

Returns procedures

Declare your return Online:

1. Go to the “Sign in” section of the website.

2. Sign in using your Email and password.

3. Once you're signed in, go to your order and click on “Request return.”

4. Select the product(s) to be returned and indicate the reason for return.

5. Confirm/Create your request for a return. You will receive a confirmation email with your return number.

To return your package with UPS:

1. Place the pre-printed return label provided with your order on the outside of the package.

2. Schedule an appointment for pick up directly online: on the section “shipping”, “schedule a collection”.

Cost of returns

You have the option to return, free of charge, products ordered within 14 days from their date of delivery.


Terms of refund

If you initiate a return, your refund will be processed within 72 hours upon receiving the returned product(s) at our warehouse. However, the refund must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund process begins. The refund will be issued using the same payment method and currency initially used for the purchase.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. To maintain security standards, we are unable to refund to a different account or via an alternate credit card other than the one used for the original order.
