Shipping and Orders
Givenchy will inform you by email of the progress of your order. You can also track the progress of your order by contacting our Customer Service.
You have the option to return, free of charge, any product ordered within 14 days of its date of receipt.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.

Please follow the returns procedures below in order to return your products to us free of charge.

Certain materials and finishes in our ready-to-wear collection are not meant to remain unchanged indefinitely. Repeated washes may naturally alter the appearance, adding character to each piece.

For gift orders, you have the option to add a personalized message. Please be aware that RADOŠ. reserves the right to decline orders accompanied by messages containing unlawful or inappropriate content.
Receipt and Pricing:
Following your order on Rados.fashion, an electronic PDF receipt will be sent to your provided email address. We recommend saving and printing this receipt for your records.
The price tags on the products will not display the price, and the receipt won't be included in your shipment. Upon request, you can receive a paper receipt from Customer Service. Such requests, along with proof of identity, must be made within 12 months of receiving the initial email receipt.
